YCEDC Projects As the leading resource for facilitating economic development in York County, YCEDC has a long history of leadership and success in promoting economic development projects in the county. YCEDC is in the process of implementing one economic development strategy for the County based on the Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS) developed by YorkCounts.
