Site Selection
The York County Economic Development Corporation works closely with Realtors, Developers, Municipalities, and the County to provide assistance to companies with all aspects of the site selection process including demographic information, infrastructure, and financial assistance. When applicable, we can assist companies to obtain Local Economic Development Revitalization Tax Assistance (LERTA), which allows a company to phase in real estate taxes on their improvements over a 10-year period by incrementally increasing taxes paid on those improvements by 10% per year until the full assessment is attained.
