Northwest Triangle
The Northwest Triangle, comprised of 29 acres, is the city's largest redevelopment effort. The project will involve acquiring several buildings, cleaning up any environmental damage and turning the area into a mix of businesses and homes. The Triangle encompasses an underutilized, largely light industrial district within an rail corridor. The area consists of two components that are divided by the Codorus Creek.
