2007-2008 Membership Program
The YCEDC is a non-profit corporation primarily funded through federal, state, county, and other local grants, loan fee income, annual corporate sponsorships, and annual memberships. YCEDC members agree to recognize that the YCEDC is the economic development agency for York County and through membership support economic development initiatives in York County.

Membership of the YCEDC consists of organizations or entities represented by senior level management from the public, private, and non-profit sectors. The YCEDC Board of Directors is nominated and elected by the membership at the Annual Meeting in January. Members are informed of issues relating to economic development that affect York County, and the programs and events of the YCEDC through the quarterly newsletter, Developments, and the annual report.

There are 2 types of membership and 5 levels of sponsorship.  Retired individuals or persons not affiliated with a company are invited to join for a fee of $60 annually while private and non-profit companies may join for a fee of $120 annually.  The public sector (county or municipal governments) and Corporate Sponsors receive complementary memberships.  Membership extends from July 1 to June 30 time frame.
