The Entrepreneurial Support Alliance (ESA) is a collaboration of the key entrepreneurial support providers in York County. The mission of the ESA is to synergistically mobilize the diverse resources of member organizations to support start-up and existing businesses in the communities that we serve. Some of our partners include, but are not limited to; Community First Fund, HACC, Penn State York, York College, Ben Franklin Venture Forum, The Small Business Development Center, SCORE, Keystone Innovation Zone, The York Chamber, The Hanover Chamber, and AHEAD.
