ICY Investors Circle of York The mission of ICY is to create a source of financial capital to help facilitate entrepreneurship, new business development and growth in the York County area and to bring together entrepreneurs and prospective investors to form relationships with the potential for generating significant personal, business and community economic benefits. An application process has been created for companies requesting funds from ICY. Companies need to contact York County Economic Development Corporation (YCEDC) for information required to be presented with their request. A seven-person committee, named the Mentoring Committee, will review the submitted information. If the application is accepted, the committee will work with the company to refine the application, give them direction and help them practice their presentation before presenting it to ICY.
