GASP

General Authority of Southcentral Pennsylvania
GASP was created by the York County Commissioners in 1998 pursuant to the Pennsylvania Municipality Authorities Act of 1945 to serve as a municipal financing authority for economic development and non-profit projects in Southcentral Pennsylvania. This seven member board is represented by the local business and banking community. GASP is authorized to issue bonds for eligible tax-exempt and taxable projects.
